1:40 – Shipping is almost finished and all parcels should be delivered soon.
5:50 – They are working on the translations. They are working on the 2nd wave content.
6:20 – Q: Can you sell the standard dice? A: They are figuring out some kind of options now. Hopefully they will be able to do something. If you don’t like the upgraded dice you can message customer service.
6:45 – Q: When will Pledge Manager close? A: This has not been decided yet. It should stay open for quite some time. They will let everyone know when it is one month away from closing.
7:20 – Q: When will single wave orders ship? A: Watch for a full update on this.
9:15 – Q: Can pledges be changed from single to split shipping? A: In general it might not be possible. It is a complex situation. For language editions it might be possible to cancel your pledge and then get it later in retail (but it will likely be at least twice as expensive). If you have contacted Customer Service and they said it was impossible, then it is impossible. They are considering only using 1 wave shipping for all future projects and keep their scope more contained and focused. It’s not that they want to delay projects … it’s that they want to deliver QUALITY products. Their projects are A LOT OF WORK. When it comes to Quality versus Delay, they will go with Quality!
