Highlights:

4:10 – They will be collecting [from the factory] both 2nd Wave plus 1st Wave Language Edition soon and hope to have delivery by the end of 2023.
11:55 – Q: which will deliver sooner, 1st wave language or 2nd wave English? A: probably similar delivery time, but 2nd wave English may be sooner. The problem was that the translations took a LONG time. They are doing their best.
