Highlights:

1. There have been shipping delays for EU and UK due to the Red Sea crisis. Ships are being rerouted around the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa.
2. 1st Wave Language Editions
   • EU Hub: All containers have been delivered to the hub. Fulfillment should begin this week and take place over the next 2-3 weeks.
   • Canada: Containers should arrive at the Toronto hub via train this week.
3. 2nd Wave English (and Single Shipment):
   • EU hub: The first containers have passed customs and have been delivered to the hub. Fulfillment should start this week. The second batch is going through customs now. The final batch is expected to be unloaded off the ship by Wednesday (and then needs to pass through customs). Estimated 2-4 weeks to get them all delivered.
   • US hub Gamerati: Over half of the orders have been shipped out from the hub and processing continues on the rest of what they have now. Two more containers are on the way and should arrive in Seattle on January 30 and February 9.
   • US hub QML: All containers are at the hub and being unloaded. Fulfillment should begin by the end of the week.
   • UK hub: All orders from the first container have been shipped out. The second batch of containers should arrive February 2.
   • Australia hub: 80% of the parcels have been shipped out and 75% have been delivered. It should be finished withing the next week or so.
   • Canadian hub: Containers should arrive at the Toronto hub via train this week and fulfillment to begin next week.
