Awaken Realms has their own Contact Form on their website as well as on their GameFound page. However, they suggest that the best way to contact them is via opening a “ticket” using this page:

Using this method (rather than a phone call or email) allows them to keep track of your query and be sure there is a follow up with you as needed.
