If you were disappointed that ISS Vanguard did not come with 8 generic standees for the crew as well as the 8 miniature models (I know that I was) then you are in luck!
Kevin at Ones Upon A Game has created 9 pages of all the crew members (not just a couple generic version) and is now sharing them with you! He even has custom stands that you can get to hold the standees! Everything is available on his website:
You simply print the pages on cardstock, then cut them out, fold them in half (which doubles the thickness) and insert them into a stand! Here is what just one of them looks like:
And here is what the pages look like (ready to be cut out):
The small stands to insert the folded crewmember standees into seem quite good and work well with the standees!
