On August 20, 2022 I began writing stories involving the crewmembers in the game along with informative articles.
On September 27, 2022 I had collected all the stories and articles into a 100 page book! Yes, a BOOK! I took the master files for the book to Grimm Book Bindery here in Madison and had them make one copy of the book as a hardcover book in the same style as many children’s picture story books you’ve seen (such as Doctor Seuss books).
It takes a while to make just one hard cover book (complete with full color glossy front and back covers) but it was completed on October 20, 2022. And on October 25, 2022 the hardcover book was shipped TO Awaken Realms (fun that something was being shipped TO them:)
After I shipped the book to them I noticed that I missed the equivalent of three pages of stories! Drat! But what is done is done (my quality control missed this). However, now to celebrate receiving the final wave 2 content (Lost Fleet and Deadly Frontier), I have updated the master file to include what I had inadvertently left out in the original. Then I created a PDF of the corrected book that includes both front and back covers. And now you can read it as an eBook yourself!
